Account Application Form, which also allows you to open deposit
accounts. Membership is required to participate in direct deposit.
You can direct any amount for deposit and/or payment of loans from each pay check. This helps you build your savings painlessly and make payments with no effort. If you work for a company currently processing payroll checks with our financial institution, you can send the following completed form, or you can stop by the office to fill it out.
When you have completed the form, press the Submit button to send your application. You will hear from us in two to four working days.
Your direct deposit will begin or end with the next pay period after we approve your application.
